Account Manager

As an Account Manager at our company, your role will involve managing client accounts and overseeing content and e-learning projects. You will be responsible for ensuring client expectations are met, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining quality and timely delivery across all initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact. - Plan, track, and oversee content and e-learning projects end-to-end. - Coordinate with writers, designers, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of learning programs. - Define timelines, milestones, and deliverables while managing priorities. - Ensure content quality, instructional effectiveness, and adherence to client/brand guidelines. - Report progress, risks, and outcomes to clients and senior management. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in managing client accounts and/or e-learning/content projects. - Understanding of e-learning content development and instructional principles. - Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in-office at Andheri West, Mumbai. - Familiarity with content workflows, project management tools, and tracking metrics.
