Account Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to strengthen relationships with our existing customers, ensure contract renewals, and identify upsell opportunities. The role requires a balance of relationship management, consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver value from our AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Retention

? Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and long-term partnerships. ? Ensure client satisfaction, leading to smooth renewals and reduced churn. ? Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs/MBRs) with clients to showcase ROI and success stories.

Upsell & Expansion

? Identify opportunities to upsell new AI modules, features, and complementary solutions. ? Collaborate with pre-sales and product teams to design proposals tailored to client needs. ? Meet or exceed upsell and expansion revenue targets.

Client Insights & Feedback

? Collect structured client feedback and share it with R&D and Pre-Sales to influence product roadmap. ? Track client use cases and adoption patterns to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. ? Act as the client's advocate within the organization, ensuring their needs are prioritized.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

? Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met. ? Provide market insights and competitor intelligence gathered from client conversations. ? Support pre-sales in preparing case studies, references, and success stories.

Value-Added Tasks

? Build client success playbooks for repeatable engagement and retention strategies. ? Develop industry-specific account growth strategies (AI adoption in BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.). ? Track renewal risk signals (low usage, unresolved tickets, delayed payments) and implement retention measures. ? Support thought-leadership initiatives by engaging clients in webinars, case studies, and joint PR.

Requirements? 46 years of experience in account management, client success, or enterprise sales (preferably B2B SaaS/AI/Tech). ? Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. ? Proven track record of driving renewals and upsell revenue. ? Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value. ? Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Innovation). ? CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).Benefits
