Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jaipur for the roles of Account Manager and Electrical / Mechanical Engineers. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Engineers will oversee project execution, ensure compliance with technical standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. Both roles require effective teamwork, meeting deadlines, and delivering exceptional outcomes aligned with the company's goals.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage client relationships and collaborate effectively with teams
• Proficiency in project management and technical compliance for engineers
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
• Knowledge of electrical systems, standards, and equipment (for Engineers)
• Relevant academic background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
• Proficiency in tools and software related to account management or engineering (e.g., ERP systems, CAD, etc.)
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic work environments
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
