Role Overview

Anchor Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

???? Anchor Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new anchor corporates for SCF programs.

  • Structure financing solutions tailored to anchor needs and FinAGG offerings.

  • Coordinate with product, credit, and operations to ensure timely anchor go-live.

  • ???? Relationship Management

    • Act as the single point of contact for anchor accounts.

    • Build and nurture CXO-level partnerships across treasury, procurement, and sales.

    • Ensure smooth program execution and resolve escalations proactively.

  • ???? Business Growth

    • Drive disbursement volumes, program renewals, and deeper penetration into distributor/vendor ecosystems.

    • Expand SCF offerings to deeper tiersdistributors, vendors, and retailers.

    • Monitor anchor portfolio performance, credit health, and risk indicators.

  • ???? Stakeholder Coordination

    • Collaborate with banks, NBFCs, and internal credit teams for program structuring.

    • Work with technology and operations teams for seamless anchor integration and reporting.

  • ???? Performance & Reporting

    • Achieve disbursement, revenue, and growth targets.

    • Maintain MIS, dashboards, and anchor performance updates for leadership.

    • Track competitor landscape and provide feedback for product/strategy improvement.

  • Qualifications & Skills

    • MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

    • 58 years experience in

      Supply Chain Finance, Corporate Banking, NBFCs, or FinTech lending

      .

    • Strong corporate/anchor client management and relationship skills.

    • Proven track record of meeting SCF/trade finance growth targets.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    • Ability to thrive in a

      fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

      .

    • Knowledge of

      RBI Digital Lending Guidelines, SCF structures, and fintech credit models

      is an advantage.
