Accounts Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and updating accounting records and files.
• Support in data entry for daily accounting transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, etc.).
• Help prepare and reconcile bank statements.
• Assist with invoice generation, billing, and follow-up for payments.
• Support in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Help with GST, TDS, and other tax-related documentation.
• Maintain and organize supporting documents for audits.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or pursuing degree in

  Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

  (B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA, etc.).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

  , and knowledge of

  Tally ERP / QuickBooks

  (preferred).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
