Account Executive

Job Title: Export Account Executive (ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATE MAY APPLY)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Export Account Executive with strong expertise in export trading accounting and foreign exchange management. The ideal candidate will handle all export-related accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting on a shipment-to-shipment (job-to-job) basis, and coordinate effectively with operations and banks to ensure smooth financial and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain export accounting records in compliance with company and statutory requirements.
• Perform job-to-job (shipment-based) accounting, ensuring accurate allocation of revenue and expenses per shipment.
• Handle EEFC (Exchange Earners’ Foreign Currency) accounts and forward booking of foreign exchange transactions.
• Coordinate with the operations team to support timely payment collections from cients.
• Liaise with banks for GR (Guarantee Receipt) discharges against export shipping bills.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor export documentation flow to ensure smooth realization of export proceeds.
• Maintain compliance with RBI, FEMA, and other export accounting regulations.
• Prepare periodic MIS reports, summaries, and analysis related to export performance and foreign exchange positions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (Master’s degree or CA Inter preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in export/trading accounting.
• Sound understanding of EEFC accounts, forward contracts, and foreign exchange management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or any leading ERP accounting system.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently under deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,482.54 - ₹32,038.42 per month
