Job Description

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the finance team with accurate reporting and analysis. Your ideal skill set should include strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and experience working in dynamic, technology-driven environments. - Perform bank reconciliations, financial analysis, and general ledger entries. - Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, statements, and reports. - Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. - Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and corporate laws. - Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, product) to manage budgets and expense tracking. - Assist with financial audits, due diligence, and compliance documentation. - Monitor cash flow and provide insights to optimize financial health. - Support implementation and optimization of accounting/ERP software and automation tools. - Provide financial analysis and insights to leadership for strategic planning. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting. - 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience. - Solid knowledge of accounting standards. - Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally, NetSuite, or Xero). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently as well as collaborate across teams. - Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
