Job Description

Company - Vaishnavi Global Pvt ltd, is looking for senior banking and finance position. Qualification : Require CA Inter or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Management or related specialization with 2-3 years experience in Banking and finance - Education Qualifications - Inter Chartered Accountant/MBA - Experience in post qualification experience (preferably in a conglomerate /across diverse businesses) - Functional skills required to execute the role - Behavioral Competencies required Relationship management, multi-tasking, experience in team building 1. Processing of invoices on SAP 2. Organize, secure and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures 3. Record, store, access and analyze financial information on SAP / Tally 4. Prepare, review, reconcile and issue bills, invoices and account statements according to company procedures 5. Follow-up and resolve past dues and vendor invoices to closure 6. Coordinate tasks and work with other departments for appropriate resolution of issues 7. Update internal systems with financial data 8. Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified 9. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports Must have a positive attitude towards the job in general and always look for ways to improve processes.
