Job Description

As an experienced Accounts Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the US Accounting domain, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Posting day-to-day bank and credit card transactions. - Performing month-end account analysis and closing of books. - Preparing MIS reports as per client requirements. - Ensuring timely completion of work. - Coordinating with clients to finalize accounts and submit them for tax return. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Master's or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Inter CA, or US CMA. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and Google Drive. - Knowledge of QuickBooks is an added advantage. - Proficiency in English. In addition to the qualifications mentioned, you should have the following skills: - Proficiency in MS Office Suite. - Experience with Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks Desktop. - Ability to prepare management reporting.
