Job Description

1. Active follow up for the over dues.

2. Generating invoices and account statements.

  1. Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
  2. Performing account reconciliations Ledger wise.
  3. Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.
  4. Updating receivables.
  5. Prepares and keys remittance advices for posting checks received. Updates and reviews aged receivables for unpaid balances.

Performs other accounting duties as requested by the Controller.
