Position : Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records (expenses, receipts, ledgers, etc.)
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Handle accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial accuracy
Manage payroll processing in coordination with HR Monitor budgets and assist in financial planning
Ensure compliance with taxation and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.)
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits Support in preparing documentation for funding, grants, or external reviews
Assist with any ad hoc financial projects as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven work experience as an Accountant (minimum 1–3 years preferred)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.)
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Excellent communication and organizational skills Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field (CA Inter/MBA Finance is a plus)
Job Type: Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
