Key Responsibilities


• Calculate and deduct TDS on salaries as per applicable laws. • Prepare and issue Form 16 to employees annually. • Ensure accurate tax declarations and investment proofs from employees. • Stay updated with the latest tax rules and slabs to ensure payroll compliance. • Leave and gratuity actuary reports (Monthly and annual) • Preparation of Quarterly and annual reports related to 24 Q • Handling of insurance claims related to GMC and GPA etc.
