Job Title: Accounts Associate

Department: Finance & Accounts

Experience: 1-2 years with Hotel Industry

Reports To: Finance Head

Job Summary:

The Accounts Associate supports the finance team by managing daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, ledger maintenance, and account reconciliation. The role ensures accurate financial records, timely payments, and smooth accounts operations while assisting with financial reporting and audits to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions (invoices, receipts, payments, vouchers).
• Assist in preparation of financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and process bank reconciliations and petty cash statements.
• Support payroll processing and related documentation.
• Ensure timely filing of : GST, TDS, book keeping and other statutory returns.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding payments and financial queries.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Mandatory to know accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.).
• High level of accurancy and good communication and interpersonal skills..

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA)

Mandatory:

Preferably Male Candidate

Preferably Immediate Joining.

Working Hours: Mon- Sat (9.00 am to 6pm)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
