Description
As an Accounts Executive, you will play a key role in managing the financial processes of the company. You will utilize your accounting knowledge along with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial operations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate books of accounts, handling billing and invoicing, ensuring statutory compliance with GST, TDS, and other filings, managing banking transactions and reconciliations, and supporting internal coordination. Additionally, you will be involved in audit support by preparing and analyzing financial statements, assisting in documentation and reports for audits, collaborating with auditors, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and implementing necessary improvements based on audit recommendations. You will also manage TDS calculations by liaising with a Chartered Accountant to ensure accuracy. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business Management, and have at least 2-3 years of experience in accounting. Experience working with a Chartered Accountant is an added advantage, along with familiarity with audit compliance procedures, strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles, and understanding of statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, and PF/ESI. Good communication, organizational skills, ability to work independently, meet deadlines, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential.
