Job Description Executive Accounts Function: Managing Accounts function for the Organization Designation: Executive Accounts Reporting To: Finance Manager/Senior Accountant Location: Something Different Restaurant Pvt. Ltd. (Sector-24, Gurgaon- Haryana) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Executive Accounts with 2-3 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist with E-commerce, sales, reconciliations, general accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records, and contributing to the preparation of financial reports. This position offers the opportunity for professional growth in accounting and finance. Summary of Responsibilities: Executive Accounts is responsible for the smooth functioning of Accounts department of the Organization • Will be responsible for daily and monthly closure of sales through various mediums in tally. •Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. • Process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely and accurate manner. • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions. • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes. • Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings in compliance with local laws and regulations. • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review. • Monitor and track financial transactions, ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies. • Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts. • Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters. • Support senior accountants with ad hoc financial tasks and audits. Skills • E-commerce reports reconciliations and error eliminations (if any) •Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficiency in Tally & Tally prime, Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
