Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant & Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage financial records, ensure compliance, and oversee daily administrative tasks to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

· Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Tally or relevant software

· Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

· Prepare invoices, reconcile bank statements, manage cash flows

· Assist in preparing financial reports and audits

Administration:

· Manage office supplies and vendor coordination

· Maintain records and filing systems (digital & physical)

· Support HR activities like attendance, payroll coordination, and employee documentation

· Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

· Proficiency in Tally, MS Office (especially Excel), and accounting standards

· Strong organisational and communication skills

· Ability to multitask and take ownership of responsibilities

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
