Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Maintain day-to-day financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, payments, and petty cash.
Perform Weekly/ Monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure smooth financial operations.
Handle billing, payments, and follow up on outstanding invoices with vendors and clients.
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and assist with budget preparation.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide necessary documentation.
Maintain proper documentation and records of financial transactions.
Monitor operational expenses and suggest cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
Collaborate with the finance team and other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience as an Accounts Executive in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Proficiency in Basic Accounting principles and practices.
Experience with Tally ERP or similar accounting software.
