Account Executive - Pirangut

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting entries for sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Process invoices, expense claims, and vendor payments.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with taxation requirements (GST, TDS, income tax, etc.).
• Support annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records and transactions.
• Work closely with other departments to support budgeting and cost control.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certification (CA Inter, CMA Inter, ACCA, or similar) is a plus.
• Experience in payroll processing.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.

• Accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
• On-time vendor payments and collections.
• Compliance with audit and tax requirements.
• Reduction in outstanding receivables.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,405.34 - ₹31,966.91 per month
