VMC Operator - Tool Room - Bhosari

Job Description

1) Set up and operate VMC machine for tool room components. 2) Interpret engineering drawings , blueprints and CAD Models . 3) Select appropriate tools , fixtures , and machining parameters. 4) Conduct first off - inspection and ensure in process quality control . 5) Maintain Machines and tools , ensuring , a clean a safe working environment . 6) Perform programming edits ( if required ) on the VMC System . 7) Work Closely with Design and Production team meet tight tolerances 8) Record Daily Production and Maintenance logs. 9) Handle basic measuring instrument like vernier caliper , micrometer , height gauge , etc. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹12,801.51 - ₹30,138.14 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Shift allowance Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
