Account Executive

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

• Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports
• Tax reporting and inventory processing (Accountability)
• Preparing weekly cash flow statements, and controlling expenditure and cash flow
• Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts
• Examining financial records to check for accuracy
• Creating and implementing financial policies of the organization
• Planning financial budgets to increase operational efficiency of the organisation
• Monitor cash-flow of the organisation by monitoring income, expenditure, and investments
• Maintain receipts and records for all the business transactions
• Preparing financial reports and evaluating them to optimize resources
• Preparing balance sheet, invoices, etc
• Assisting the managerial team in budgeting, taxes, and investments
• Monitor the economic and financial changes
• Assist in financial audits
• Performing regular financial analysis; resolving issues
• End-to-end accounting.
• Bank reconciliation
• Recording all the expenses & payments
• Complete general ledger operations.
• Recording all cash withdrawals, Bank Transfers, Credit Card payments
• Prepare journal entries.
• Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Working knowledge of GST
• Understanding the spend and cost control
• GSTR1,GSTR2,GST3B
• HSN Mapping
• Account payable and receivables account mapping
• Sales register & purchase register maintenance
• Payment entries
• Payment follow up
• TDS & TCS calculation
• Cost accounting
• P&L
• Balance sheet maintenance
• Expense & petty cash
• Suspense account clearance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
