Job Summary The Account Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The role involves handling invoices, reconciliations,and assisting in preparing financial reports to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain and update day-to-day accounting transactions in Busy / Tally/ERP system. * Prepare and process journal entries, vouchers, and bank reconciliations. * Manage accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely payments and collections.. * Support monthly and annual closing of accounts. * Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and financial summaries. * Handle vendor and client account reconciliations. * Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits. * Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and audit purposes. * Support payroll processing and expense reimbursement activities. Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com). * 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles. * Proficiency in Busy, Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. --- Preferred Skills (Optional) * Experience with ERP systems or accounting automation tools. * Knowledge of MIS reporting and financial analysis. * Basic understanding of income tax compliance and ROC filings. --- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
