Job Description

Job Title:** Accounts Executive Diagnostic Center

Department:* Accounts & Finance

Reporting To:* Accounts Manager / Senior Management

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced *Accounts Executive* from a *diagnostic or healthcare background, having strong knowledge of **Advanced Excel* and hands-on experience in managing day-to-day accounting, data entry, reconciliation, and financial record maintenance. The ideal candidate will handle all TDS/non-TDS referral entries, payments, reconciliations, and related accounting operations for diagnostic services.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*Accounting & Data Entry*

* Maintain *Apollo Data Entry*

* Record and verify all *TDS and Non-TDS referral entries*.

* Handle entries for *doctors procedures, **bank receipts and payments, and **salary postings*.

* Record *conveyance, **phlebotomist expenses, and **miscellaneous journal entries*.

* Manage *DCR (Daily Collection Report) entries* efficiently.

* Calculate and post *credit card charges* and *pharmacy-related charges*.

*Banking & Reconciliation*

* Perform *Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS)* for *Axis Bank* and other accounts.

* Prepare *Union Bank* cheques and monitor their disbursement.

* Ensure accuracy of all *Apollo-related payments* through cheques or online modes.

*Payments & Bills*

* Process *monthly payments* such as:

* Apollo *telephone* and *electricity bills*

* Manage *credit card payments*

* Handle *club membership payments* (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) for management members.

*Taxation & Compliance*

* Prepare and maintain *TDS files* and ensure timely submission.

* Support with *monthly and quarterly tax reconciliations* and other compliance documentation.

*Insurance & Employee Benefits*

* Handle *yearly medical insurance renewals* for management and employees.

* Process *LIC premium payments*

*Monitoring & Review*

* Verify ledgers and bills before

* Maintain proper *documentation and paper filing* for all financial transactions.

*Required Skills & Competencies:*

* *Advanced Excel proficiency* (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS reports, data analysis).

* In-depth knowledge of *TDS, GST, and accounting principles*.

* Experience in *diagnostic center or healthcare accounting* preferred.

* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Familiarity with accounting software (Tally / ERP system preferred).
