Account Executive

Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant Executive to manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, tax filings, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and working knowledge of accounting software like Tally/ERP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals
• Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory compliance
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports
• Coordinate with auditors and support the audit process
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Handle vendor and client account management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting tools
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

• Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Taxation: 1 year (Preferred)
• Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
