1. Job Purpose
To maintain accurate financial records for while serving as the primary lead for inventory audit and loss prevention. This role is designed to minimize "leakage" (theft, wastage, or unaccounted sales) through rigorous physical checks and data reconciliation.2. Key Responsibilities

A. Accounting & Compliance

• · Maintain daily books of accounts.
• · Reconcile daily sales reports from the POS system with bank deposits and cash-on-hand.
• · Manage Accounts Payable: Verify vendor invoices and schedule payments.
• · Handle GST filing, TDS compliance, and other monthly professional tax requirements.
• · Perform "Yield Analysis": Number of scoops sold matches the weight of inventory consumed.
• · Monitor "High-Risk" areas: Voids, cancellations, and complimentary bills on the POS system

B. Financial Reporting

• · Prepare a Daily, Weekly and Monthly Store Performance Report.
• · Identify fluctuations in electricity, water, and petty cash expenses across both locations.
• · Present a monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statement per outlet.
• Maintain a record of all Licensing and Compliance requirements

3. Candidate Requirements

• · Education: B.Com / M.Com or Equivalent Graduate.
• · Experience: 4-5 years in Retail, QSR, or the Food & Beverage industry (Mandatory).
• · Technical Skills: Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Tally Prime.
• · Traits: Integrity, "eagle-eye" for detail, and the ability to confront staff regarding discrepancies.
• · Language: Fluency in Hindi/Marathi and English.

4. Compensation & Benefits

• · Monthly Salary: ₹30,000 (Negotiable based on experience).
• · Work Schedule: 5 days a week (including weekend spot-checks once a month)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
