Job Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, journal entries, and reconciliation.
• Manage Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime entries and ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.
• Manage GST filings, taxation, and TDS-related compliances.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, GST, Income Tax, etc.).
• Prepare management reports, MIS, and cash flow statements.
• Maintain vendor and client accounts, invoice preparation, and follow-ups for payments.
• Assist management in financial planning and budget preparation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter preferred).
• 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the EdTech / Education sector.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, taxation, audits, and compliances.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently.
