About Certinal:

Certinal is an enterprise eSignature platform under Zycus, competing with DocuSign and Adobe Sign. We serve Fortune 500 customers across healthcare, automotive, financial services, and procurement sectors including Apollo Hospitals, Bumrungrad International Hospital, and Magna International. Our platform handles complex enterprise integrations with SSO, APIs, EMR/HIS systems, CRMs and ERP platforms. We maintain an 81 NPS score and are known for superior technical capabilities, flexible pricing, and exceptional customer support.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and driven Account Executive to join our India sales team. As an AE, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and closing enterprise deals in the Indian, American, APAC and SEA markets. This role requires a proactive sales professional with proven experience in consultative selling, enterprise software solutions, and the ability to navigate complex buying processes with multiple stakeholders in large organizations.

You will play a critical role in building Certinal's presence across key verticals while maintaining a hunter mentality and achieving aggressive revenue targets. Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales of Certinal's product offerings to operating across key markets.
  • Engage with prospects through a value-based sales approach, positioning Certinal as a strategic partner for their digital signature and consent management needs.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, navigating complex sales cycles of 1–3 months.
  • Develop strong relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers, including CIOs, CFOs, Heads of Operations, and Compliance Officers, to understand their business challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations, effectively articulating the value proposition of digital signatures in reducing TAT, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Conduct in-person meetings with prospects and existing customers as needed to build relationships, understand business challenges, and close complex deals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of direct sales experience in SaaS or enterprise software solutions, with a proven track record.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve 100%+ of quota consistently.
  • Experience and comfort with travel for in-person client meetings and business development activities.
  • Exposure to American and APAC markets, with knowledge of regional regulations and business practices preferred.
