Account Executive

Role Overview: You will be a part of the Accounts department at IDC Global Pvt Ltd, reporting to the Finance & Accounts Manager. Your primary duty will involve preparing bills, invoices, and bank deposits. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in reconciling vendor accounts, investigating discrepancies, and understanding expense accounts and cost centers. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits - Reconcile vendor accounts and investigate discrepancies - Understand expense accounts and cost centers - Maintain financial records accurately - Utilize spreadsheets and proprietary software effectively - Ensure a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial transactions Qualifications Required: - Strong ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records - Proficiency in data entry and working with numbers - Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software - Proficiency in English and MS Office - BCom/MCom or a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant role About the Company: IDC Global Pvt Ltd, headquartered in Bangalore, India, since 2016, boasts a diverse portfolio including brands like Magari, Yavanika & Treelight Design.
