Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our Accounts team as an Account Executive. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of GRN processing, billing, and data entry, with a willingness to learn and grow in the accounting domain.

Key Responsibilities

 Prepare, verify, and maintain day-to-day accounting records.

 Handle Goods Receipt And Issue checking supplier invoices against Receipt and coordinating with the warehouse team.

 Perform accurate data entry of purchase invoices, sales invoices, and expense bills into the accounting system.

 Assist in reconciling vendor accounts and following up for discrepancies.

 Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts-related records.

 Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

 Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, sales, procurement) for accounting data and clarifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or any related field.

 Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in accounting.

 Basic knowledge of:

 Data entry

 Basics Of Accounting

 MS Excel and basic computer operations

 Good communication and coordination skills.

 Attention to detail and strong numerical ability.

 Willingness to learn accounting processes and company systems.

 Basic Knowledge of accounting software (ERP, Tally)
