Account Executive, Global Payroll

Role Overview: As a member of the Global AE sales team at Rippling, your main responsibility will be to assist in building and expanding the Global sales organization. You will be involved in running sales cycles from the initial discovery phase and product demonstrations all the way to the successful closure of deals. It will be crucial for you to consistently meet and exceed quota targets, manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce effectively for accurate revenue forecasting, and become well-versed in our platform and competitor landscape. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Account Management team to ensure a seamless transition for new customers. Key Responsibilities: - Join the Global AE sales team to help build and scale the Global sales organization - Lead sales cycles from discovery and demo to closing deals - Achieve consistent quota attainment - Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce for accurate revenue forecasting - Develop expertise in the entire Rippling platform and understand the competitor landscape - Work closely with the Account Management team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new customers Qualifications Required: - BA/BS Degree - 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS markets selling to B2B clients - Previous experience carrying an annual quota of $1M or more - Demonstrated success in sales, ranking within the top 10% of your previous sales organization - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Note: The additional information about Rippling's preference for in-office work has been omitted from the job description.),
