Job Summary:

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring successful project delivery. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and a deep understanding of client goals to drive retention and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record all accounting entries (sales, purchase, payments, receipts, journal entries) in Tally
• Maintain and reconcile day-to-day expenses and petty cash
• Generate and review invoices, vouchers, and bills
• Prepare bank reconciliations and track fund flows
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory reports
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for account-related matters

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting with hands-on Tally ERP/Tally Prime usage
• Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, and TDS
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good organizational and time management skills

Preferred Skills (Mandatory):

• Experience with inventory management in Tally
• Exposure to payroll processing
• Familiarity with basic financial reporting
