Account Executive (Fresher)

As an Account Executive (Fresher) at our company, you will be responsible for assisting in maintaining accurate financial records, bookkeeping, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry in accounting software such as Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, etc. - Preparing and maintaining general ledger entries and reconciliations. - Assisting in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. - Maintaining accurate documentation and supporting audits as needed. - Coordinating with internal departments for financial data and reporting. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A degree in B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification. - Basic understanding of accounting principles and standards. - Familiarity with Tally, MS Excel, or other accounting software is a plus. - Good communication and analytical skills. - Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. - Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional work environment. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position for freshers. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in person. Additionally, you will be required to sign a bond for a 2-year commitment.,
