About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team at Fidar Imex Private Limited. The role involves managing day-to-day accounts, statutory compliances, and financial documentation specific to import and export transactions. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of taxation, return filings, and accounting software, with a strong background in handling transactions related to international trade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally.
• Handle all GST compliances, including GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).
• Manage TDS calculation, deduction, and filing of quarterly returns.
• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the company.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts and vendor/customer ledgers.
• Handle accounting and documentation related to import and export transactions, including invoices, shipping bills, and foreign remittances.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and maintain audit-related documentation.
• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and tax authorities as needed.
• Monitor compliance with statutory regulations and deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (Master’s/CA Inter is an advantage).
• 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in an import & export company.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and general accounting principles.
• Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, ITR filings, GST returns & compliances.
• Experience in handling import/export accounting, foreign currency transactions, and documentation.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
