Job Description

Job Title:

Location: Yelahanka , Bangalore

Job Summary:

Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting activities in
Tally
including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
Handle
TDS computation, payment, return preparation, and filing
within statutory timelines.
Prepare and file
GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Monitor statutory dues and ensure timely payments (TDS, GST, PF, ESI, etc.).
Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly financial statements.
Perform vendor reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and maintain accurate records.
Support internal and statutory audits by preparing necessary schedules and documents.
Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate with external consultants and auditors for tax-related matters.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of
Accounts, Tally ERP, TDS, GST filing & compliances
.
Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in
Commerce/Accounting/Finance
(B.Com/M.Com).
4 - 7 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Taxation.
