Account Executive - EI Sales

Role Overview: As an Account Executive - EI Sales at Schindler, your main responsibility is to analyze current, past, and potential customers to identify opportunities for expanding the Schindler portfolio. You will be approaching customers for sales and renewals of maintenance services for Schindler elevators and escalators. Coordinating, preparing, and negotiating offers and contracts consistent with commercial guidelines is a key aspect of your job. Additionally, you will coordinate the handover of gained and recovered units to the Asst./Area Manager EI to ensure a positive customer experience. Timely execution of service conditions with support from the Branch EI Team and collection of outstanding dues are also part of your responsibilities.
