Job Description

Role Overview: As an Account Executive - EI Sales at Schindler, your main responsibility is to analyze current, past, and potential customers to identify opportunities for expanding the Schindler portfolio. You will be approaching customers for sales and renewals of maintenance services for Schindler elevators and escalators. Coordinating, preparing, and negotiating offers and contracts consistent with commercial guidelines is a key aspect of your job. Additionally, you will coordinate the handover of gained and recovered units to the Asst./Area Manager EI to ensure a positive customer experience. Timely execution of service conditions with support from the Branch EI Team and collection of outstanding dues are also part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze current, past, and potential customers to identify opportunities for expanding the Schindler portfolio - Approach customers for sales and renewals of maintenance services for Schindler elevators and escalators - Coordinate, prepare, and negotiate offers and contracts consistent with commercial guidelines - Coordinate the handover of gained and recovered units to the Asst./Area Manager EI - Ensure a positive customer experience by timely execution of service conditions with support from the Branch EI Team - Collect outstanding dues from customers Qualifications Required: - At least two years of desired experience in commercial roles in similar industries - Knowledge of Schindler products and service contracts - Selling skills and customer relationship management - Time management skills and communication skills - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (Engineering preferred) as the required educational qualification Additional Company Details: Joining Schindler means becoming part of a purpose-driven organization that shapes an industry on which two billion people rely daily.
