Account Executive - EI Sales

As an Account Executive - EI Sales at Schindler, your role involves analyzing current, past, and potential customers to identify opportunities for expanding the Schindler portfolio. You will be responsible for approaching customers for sales and renewals of maintenance services for Schindler elevators and escalators. Coordinating, preparing, and negotiating offers and contracts consistent with commercial guidelines is a key aspect of your job. Additionally, you will coordinate the handover of gained and recovered units to the Asst./Area Manager EI to ensure a positive customer experience. Timely execution of service conditions with support from the Branch EI Team and collection of outstanding dues are also part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, Schindler is looking for candidates with at least two years of desired experience in commercial roles in similar industries. Knowledge of Schindler products and service contracts, selling skills, customer relationship management, time management skills, and communication skills are essential. A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (Engineering preferred) is the required educational qualification.
