Account Executive - EI Sales

As an Account Executive - EI Sales at Schindler India, you play a crucial role in analyzing current, past, and potential new customers to identify opportunities for expanding the Schindler Portfolio. Your responsibilities include approaching customers for sales and/or renewal of maintenance of Schindler elevators and escalators, coordinating, preparing, and negotiating all offers and contracts in line with commercial guidelines, and ensuring the smooth execution of service conditions with the support of the Branch EI Team. Your aim is to provide a positive experience to customers by coordinating the handover of gained and recovered units to the Asst./Area Manager - EI. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze current, past, and potential new customers to identify opportunities for expanding the Schindler Portfolio - Approach customers for sale and/or renewal of maintenance of Schindler elevators and escalators - Coordinate, prepare, and negotiate all offers and contracts consistent with commercial guidelines - Ensure timely and smooth execution of service conditions with support from Branch EI Team - Coordinate the handover of gained and recovered units to the Asst./Area Manager - EI Qualifications Required: - Desired experience in commercial roles in similar industries for at least two years - Desired knowledge on Schindler products and service contracts, Selling Skills, Customer Relationship Management, and time management skills - Communication Skills - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (Engineering preferred),
