We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations, tax compliance, and financial reporting. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Job Title : Account Executive Location : Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India Experience : 1 to 3 years Employment Type : Full-Time Roles and Responsibilities · Check and process invoices and vendor payments accurately. · Perform bank reconciliations to match bank statements with records. · Manage and record debit and credit notes properly. · Prepare and maintain inventory records for accurate stock management. · Calculate and file TDS, GST, PF, and ESI on time as per regulations. · Use Tally for daily financial tasks to improve efficiency. · Work with internal and external teams to resolve financial issues. · Help prepare monthly financial reports for management. · Assist the finance team with various accounting tasks as needed. Key Skills Required: · Proficiency in Tally. · Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and ESI compliance. · Strong understanding of invoice processing and reconciliation · Inventory management experience · Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation · Good communication and problem-solving skills · Must be fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
