Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Payment Gateway Executive to manage online transaction processing, reconciliation, and settlement operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working with online payment systems and proficiency in Tally for accounting and reconciliation purposes. This role requires coordination with internal teams and external payment service providers to ensure seamless financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage integration, configuration, and daily operations of payment gateway systems (e.g., Razorpay, PayU, Stripe, CCAvenue, etc.).
• Monitor payment transactions and handle failures, chargebacks, and customer disputes.
• Perform regular reconciliation of payment gateway data with Tally and internal records.
• Ensure timely settlement and accounting of transactions in Tally.
• Maintain accurate entries of online transactions including refunds, fees, and adjustments.
• Liaise with finance and accounts teams to align gateway records with company books.
• Provide payment-related support to customers and internal teams.
• Assist in onboarding new payment methods (UPI, Wallets, Netbanking, EMI, etc.).
• Ensure adherence to data security and compliance standards such as PCI-DSS.
• Generate and present reports on gateway performance, payment success rates, and settlement timelines.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience working with payment gateways or online transactions.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP (must-have) for accounting and reconciliation tasks.
• Strong understanding of online payment processes, APIs, and payment workflows.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliation tools).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multiple payment gateways and e-commerce platforms.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and GST.
• Experience in handling large transaction volumes and reconciliation reports.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
