    Key Responsibilities:1. Letter of Credit Management:- Handle all aspects of Letter of Credit (LC) transactions including issuance,negotiation, amendment, and settlement.- Review LC terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies andinternational banking regulations.- Coordinate with banks and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensuretimely payment and receipt of funds.- Maintain accurate records of LC transactions and monitor payment schedules.2. Bank Guarantee Administration:- Manage the issuance, renewal, and cancellation of Bank Guarantees (BGs) as percompany requirements.- Liaise with banks to obtain necessary approvals and documentation for BGtransactions.- Monitor BG expiry dates and initiate renewal processes to maintain uninterruptedfinancial guarantees.- Collaborate with legal and operational teams to provide BGs as per contractualobligations.3. Documentation and Compliance:- Prepare and review documentation related to LCs, BGs, and other financialinstruments.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls related totrade finance operations.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international banking practices, rules, andregulations pertaining to LCs and BGs.4. Relationship Management:- Cultivate strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and externalstakeholders involved in trade finance activities.- Act as a primary point of contact for bank inquiries and negotiations related to LCsand BGs.- Provide guidance and support to internal departments on financial matters related toLCs and BGs.5. Reporting and Analysis:- Prepare regular reports on LC and BG utilization, trends, and performance metricsfor management review.- Conduct financial analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and costoptimization in trade finance operations.- Assist in budgeting and forecasting related to LC and BG expenses.:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in handling Letter of Credit and Bank Guaranteetransactions, preferably in the manufacturing or trading industry.- Strong understanding of international trade finance practices, ICC rules, and UCP 600guidelines.- Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation and transaction processing.- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is desirable.Feel Free To Contact Us...!!!
