Job Description

Role Overview: As an Accounts Executive in the Accounts & Finance department of a manufacturing environment, your primary responsibility will be to maintain accurate financial records and reports. You should hold a B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) degree with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience. The salary offered will be competitive, following industry standards, and local candidates are preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Proficient in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel - Working knowledge of accounting principles and GST - Strong analytical and reporting skills - Experience in preparing MIS reports and handling debtors statements - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting - Good communication and coordination skills - Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines Your daily responsibilities will include: - Updating sales invoices in Tally - Preparing daily sales reports - Updating sales/debtors data in Google Sheets - Generating MIS reports related to purchases, sales, and inventory - Verifying transport invoices using Super Procure software - Preparing debtors aging reports and contribution statements - Updating raw material stock reports - Completing tasks assigned by the HOD within the timeline - Handling any other assignments given by the HOD from time to time Qualifications Required: - B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) degree - Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience,
