We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our manufacturing unit. The candidate will assist in daily accounting operations, data entry, and record maintenance related to production, purchase, and expenses. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with Tally or similar software.

Key Responsibilities:

Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally / ERP system.
Maintain and reconcile purchase, sales, and expense entries.
Handle GST, TDS, and invoice documentation.
Prepare journal vouchers, debit/credit notes, and update ledgers.
Support the accounts payable and receivable process.
Coordinate with the purchase and stores department for bills and material records.
Assist in preparing monthly reports and stock statements.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records.
Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash handling.
Support the senior accountant during audits and month-end closing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance.
Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and GST.
Good understanding of accounting principles.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
