As an Account Executive at Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and cultivating lasting client relationships by leveraging your expertise in AI-driven solutions. Salesforce's flagship innovation, Agentforce, utilizes real-time data analytics and AI to revolutionize Customer 360, enabling impactful customer interactions at scale. You will be an integral part of the Agentforce Specialist team, responsible for shaping customer engagement and delivering groundbreaking results. Your role will involve utilizing your deep AI knowledge and experience in selling complex technology solutions, understanding cloud-based services, and designing both B2B and B2C solutions. To excel in this role, you should possess a degree or equivalent relevant experience, with at least 8 years of experience in enterprise and commercial B2B sales, particularly in highly technical sales environments. Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, as well as experience with AI-driven customer engagement solutions and the Salesforce platform, is essential. Your ability to align clients" needs with Salesforce's platform and Agentforce capabilities, along with your strong technical selling skills, will be critical in driving successful outcomes. In addition to technical proficiency, you should demonstrate outstanding communication and negotiation skills, a track record of exceeding sales targets, and the ability to articulate complex solutions in a compelling manner. Your skill set should include expertise in Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds), technical sales, negotiation techniques, Cloud Data Warehouse technologies, and Business Intelligence.
