Account Executive (Accounting)

Job Title: Accountant (Australian Accounting)Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office) Working Hours: As per Australian Time Zone (preferred) Salary: Based on experience and interview performance Job Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage end-to-end Australian accounting processes. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Xero, MyBooks, and finalization of accounts, along with a solid understanding of Australian tax and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end accounting for Australian clients Manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance in Xero and MyBooks Perform finalization of accounts, including preparation of financial statements Conduct internal review of accounts to ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards Prepare and lodge BAS, IAS, and other tax obligations (if required) Coordinate with Australian CPAs and clients for clarification and documentation Maintain up-to-date records and ensure accuracy in all financial entries Meet reporting deadlines and maintain client confidentiality at all times Required Skills & Experience:Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Australian accounting processes Proficiency in Xero and MyBooks accounting software Sound knowledge of GST, BAS, Superannuation, and Australian financial year-end processes Ability to review and finalize financial statements independently Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Preferred Qualifications:B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CPA (preferred but not mandatory) Prior experience in working with Australian clients or firms Experience in outsourcing accounting/BPO industry is a plus Why Join Us?Work with reputed Australian accounting clients Friendly, growth-oriented work environment Opportunities for skill development and international exposure Competitive salary and performance-based growth
