Now, we’re looking for a passionate and precision-driven Accounts Associate to be the financial heartbeat of our platform—ensuring that every donation is tracked, every fund is accounted for, and every cause gets the support it deserves.

What You’ll Do

As an Accounts Associate at Social Angel, you'll be at the frontlines of financial accountability, supporting the noble journey of funds—from donor to impact.

✅ Manage financial transactions related to donations, disbursements, and internal expenses with accuracy and integrity.

✅ Reconcile bank statements, payment gateways, and platform wallets to maintain a crystal-clear financial trail.

✅ Maintain organized financial records and ensure every transaction is audit-ready.

✅ Prepare detailed reports for internal use, donor updates, and regulatory bodies.

✅ Track and allocate funds to the right campaigns, ensuring real-time visibility and donor confidence.

✅ Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.

✅ Ensure full compliance with TDS, GST, and other statutory requirements.

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

✅ 1–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (NGO, fintech, or CSR sector experience is a plus).

✅ Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).

✅ Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial compliance.

✅ A sharp eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to accuracy.

✅ Passion for transparency, ethics, and making a difference through your work.

Nice to Have

✅ Experience in the non-profit, crowdfunding, or impact sector.

✅ Familiarity with donation tracking systems and digital payment platforms. ✅ Understanding of FCRA, tax exemption laws, and donor reporting norms.

✅ Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills.
