ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities:1. Day-to-Day Accounting:

• Recording and maintaining all financial transactions in Tally Prime.
• Handling cash book, bank book, purchase and sales entries.
• Reconciling bank statements, supplier/vendor accounts, and ledgers.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable.

2. GST Compliance:

• Preparing monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
• Reconciling GSTR with books of accounts.
• Ensuring input tax credit is properly accounted for.

3. TDS (Tax Deducted at Source):

• Calculating TDS as per applicable rates on various payments (salaries, contractor, rent, etc.).
• Timely payment of TDS and filing of TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q).
• Generating Form 16, 16A and coordinating with vendors/employees for TDS matters.

4. MIS Reporting:

• Preparing periodic MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) related to Production, profitability, outstanding receivables/payables, etc.
• Providing reports and data for internal and statutory audits.

5. Tally Prime Usage:

• Operating and maintaining books in Tally Prime efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
