Branch Of Study: ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE, GENERAL COMMERCE

Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, data entry, ledger maintenance, and timely posting of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Support preparation of invoices, receipts, vendor bills, and payment processing while maintaining up-to-date records of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring proper documentation and timely reconciliation.
Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and clients to resolve discrepancies, verify financial data, and track outstanding payments, contributing to smooth financial operations and improved cash-flow management.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities such as bank reconciliations, journal entries, expense tracking, and preparation of basic financial reports for audits and management reviews.
Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents, ensure data accuracy within accounting software, and provide administrative support to the finance team as required.
