Job Description

- Record and maintain financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).

- Assist in preparing invoices and processing payments.

- Handle accounts payable and receivable entries.

- Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management.

- Support monthly and annual closing processes.

- Maintain organized records of bills, receipts, and vouchers.

- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.

- Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment follow-ups.

- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.

- Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel.

- Basic understanding of Indian tax regulations (GST, TDS).

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
