As an Accounts & Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing accounting tasks, supporting office operations, and handling customer interactions. You should be adept at multitasking, detail-oriented, and possess strong skills in both numbers and interpersonal communication. - Handle multi-company accounts, ledgers, and ensure financial compliance - Prepare financial summaries and assist in tracking cash flow and expenses - Provide support in office administration including documentation, record management, and coordination - Engage with customers over calls, offer assistance, and provide follow-up support - Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems to facilitate smooth operations - Ensure day-to-day office operations run seamlessly Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field - Previous experience in accounts, office administration, and customer service - Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Zoho Books or Tally is preferred - Strong multitasking and time-management abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - High attention to detail and accuracy The company offers a decent salary package along with performance-based incentives.
