Bad experience with their callers. For renewal they kept calling dot on time but when we require some clarification or documentation the server is down or they don't respond to calls.

Terrible experience. Do not opt for this service. Left me agitated to know that a booking confirmed for the day specified wasn't processed by the negligent team at accor plus and truly feel like it was a waste of my money and time.
