Unprofessional, Rude, Very agressive, ignorant sales team at accorplus.. speaking with them is a nightmare at times. They use lies, deceit to get customers to buy additional membership or to renew it. Better to buy or renew online than waste time speaking with them..

Hopeless after sales service.They promise an overnight Stay free voucher and if we want to avail that it’s never available.I have been trying since November ..Made atleast 8calls for March and they are saying inventory is not open n today …

If you planning to go for an accor plus membership, better not waste your money. The worst program offered by any hotel chain. They give vouchers which are not honored half of the times at participating hotels. …

The staff annoys you to the core level, repeatedly they call from various numbers and persuade you for renewals; inspite we telling them no. This is the second time in last 3 years of my membership with them. Post which I have realized that their team is very aggressive. Be careful guys

Cheaters, They don’t respond, They will block your number, once you pay them, Don’t fall in their trap, what they commit N sell is never delivered. So guys humble request plz plz stay away.

Even after clearly refusing to renew they call unnecessarily all the time (almost 50+ calls in past 6 months) and literally trying to force me into renewing membership. Harassment of sorts. Would advice to stay away !!

When they have to sell the membership they will do all the possible marketing. But after it is sold no one is there to listen. Please stop calling me to market your membership anymore as I dont think it is worth it after 7 years of usage.

Its an Australian company which is into Hospitality industry. Accor provides membership card which is Accor plus, its very beneficial who goes to 5 and 7 star hotels frequently.
